We had a great first experience buying with Audi in Elk Grove. We highly recommend working with Cesar. Buying can be stressful, but Cesar had great energy and we had a lot of fun with him. He was personable, genuine, and above all, we felt we could trust him. We appreciated that he was not 'pushy' or just trying to make a sale. He answered all of our questions about the different cars we test drove and made the application and buying process easy. The entire team excelled in customer service, they went above and beyond to make it a positive experience for us, including putting a big red bow on the car and free Audi merchandise. Me and my husband are very thrilled to be part of the Elk Grove Audi family. We got our previous Audi Q5 with them and after 3 years of sharing just one car we’ve decided it’s time to upgrade and get another car from them. Kerry our salesperson at the Audi Elk Grove is awesome! She helped us get our cars, she was really patient with us and very knowledgeable about the car features and even help us set up everything. We never felt like we were rushed to make the decision to purchase. She also worked with our budget and was kind enough to show us different car options and test drove them to make sure we like it and choose the best car that would suit our lifestyle and budget. Also, Rosa from the Volkswagen office was very thorough and honest as we sign our financial paperwork with her at the office next door. They also gave us free hats that my husband really loved hehe :) Although, I wish they have more options with snacks and drinks because we were there for 5 hours and we were starving. They offered it to us but we just really didn’t like the options for snacks but we had some drinks. We love Audi and all the people there at the dealership from the receptionist to the service guys are very nice. We’re glad that we went with them as we drove off the lot with our 2 new 2023 Audi cars!!!

Fantastic experience at Audi Elk Grove in Dec 2023!!! From start to finish, I had a blast with everyone at Audi Elk Grove. My sales person Cesar Reynoso was patient and helpful while I reviewed different SUV options in my budget. Never once did I feel pressured to “upgrade” or “spend a little more for XYZ”. Fantastic attitude, and exactly what customer service should be. Top marks. The manager Brian Lonchar gave me a very good trade-in value of my 2019 Audi TT (it will be for sale ASAP if you are looking for a perfect condition one). I am really happy with the 2023 Audi Q5 I drove home, albeit a different driving experience (but I was ready for a larger car with cargo room). Hands down the best experience I have had shelling out $$ for what is normally a miserable experience haggling. There was even a R8 on the lot I was able to admire and dream about. I will get my next Audi from this dealership. They have some fantastic deals now.

Not pushy, their product sells itself. Able to give a lot of info via phone and text prior to visit to minimize time in person. Watched the football game with drinks and snacks while waiting. No bright, glaring lights, or loud obnoxious music, very chill environment; for the sensory sensitive. Vince Webb is the most exceptional sales man. He listened to our wants and made it happen. We talked on Friday and picked up our, all electric SUV, they had to find off site, on Sunday. Definitely would come back again and will send friends and family too. Thank you Elk Grove Audi.

My experience with Audi Elk Grove was in the service department.From my first call to the day I picked up my car was great! A big Thank you to Britt MacDonald who handled my car service needs with diligence and very professional! The best customer service ever working with Britt, he answered all our questions and concerns.He knows his stuff that's for sure.Was in contact with me with everything, was able to get part necessary for a great deal .He is great at what he does. Just his customer service alone gives out a great sense that he loves his job and he represents the brand Audi with pride. Was expected to pick up car on Thursday but received his call Wednesday with the car ready with all service done.They are on top of it ! Best experience with car service,they won't give you the run around or excuses like I've experienced at other mechanic shops. I would highly recommend you take your AUDI for services here. I got my current car from here and usually come to this dealership for service. They have all new sales managers and sales people. I received a letter from the sales managers expressing interest in buying back my car. Tried to reach out and have a conversation and it was a TOTAL waste of my time. Got passed around between sales people, asked to speak to a manager, no one called. Emailed the managers no one bothered to respond. This is not how you treat a customer! I’ll take my 15 years of being a loyal Audi customer to a different dealership! They have forever lost my business. I would stay away, their behavior is not indicative of responsible or trustworthy management.
